Daily Maintenance

When the oil temperature of the oil tank does not reach 25℃ during special air saving, the actuators of the single-arm hydraulic machine cannot start to work in sequence, but can only start the hydraulic pump motor to make the hydraulic pump run dry. In the summer work process, when the oil temperature in the fuel tank is higher than 60°C, pay attention to observe the working condition of the hydraulic system and notify the maintenance personnel for handling. The operator cannot damage the interlocking device of the electrical system, cannot push the electric control valve by hand, cannot damage or move the position of each operating gear arbitrarily. For equipment that has been shut down for more than 4 hours, before starting to work, the hydraulic pump motor should be started for 5-10 minutes before it can work under pressure. Always keep the hydraulic equipment clean to prevent dust, cutting fluid for cutting, cutting, cotton yarn and other debris from entering the oil tank.
