Introduction

The power control system and electronic control system of the 100T Stretching Hydraulic Presses are independent, and are controlled by buttons. The electrical control system of this 100-ton three-beam and four-column hydraulic press (100T four-column stretch hydraulic press) uses Japanese Omron PLC programmable controller, and is optional. Three operation modes of adjustment, manual and semi-automatic can be realized through the switch. The ejection stroke and the slider are also controlled by the switch.

Working Principle

The Stretching Hydraulic Press can be customized to adjust the pressure of the hydraulic press and the stroke of the speed memory slider according to the specific needs of the customer and the production process. This 100-ton three-beam and four-column hydraulic press (100T four-column drawing hydraulic press) can perfectly complete three process methods: ejection process, no ejection process, and stretching process. Each process can also be divided into two types: constant pressure and constant stroke select.
