300 ton hydraulic press is generally used for plasticity material and powder product forming; shaft and other similar parts correcting; electrical parts pressing; metal sheet blanking, stamping and drawing; aluminum cookware molding boards, integrated ceiling process and so on.

Features

1. This series of 300 ton hydraulic presses are suitable for the pressing process of plasticity materials, such as stamping and bending,
flanging, sheet stretching and so on.
2. 300 ton hydraulic press can also be used for calibration, press fitting, powder molding, and press forming of non-metallic materials.
3. This series of hydraulic presses has two kinds of electrical control systems: relay control and PLC control.
4. There are three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. It can realize two kinds of processes: constant
pressure and fixed stroke.
5. During constant pressure forming, there is a pressure-holding delay and automatic return stroke after pressing. 6. The ejector
unit is installed in the middle of the workbench.
7. In addition to the ejector product, it can be used as a hydraulic pad for the forming process of the reverse-stretching part.
8. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements.
