②The rigidity of the base on which the small hydraulic cylinder is installed should be sufficient.

③When installing small hydraulic cylinders, special attention should be paid to the installation accuracy. The axis line of the hydraulic cylinder should be parallel to the mounting surface and the guide rail surface, especially when the piston rod is fully extended. Faults such as bad, creeping and small hydraulic cylinder seal damage and failure. Generally, the guide rail surface can be used as the benchmark, and the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted with a dial indicator so that the side busbar of the piston rod (extended) is parallel to the V-shaped guide rail, and the upper busbar is parallel to the flat guide rail, with a tolerance of 0.04-0.08mm/m. The parallelism error of the axis line of the piston rod to the mounting surface of the supports at both ends shall not be greater than 0.05mm.

④For loads with both axial and radial loads, the load should also be provided with a bearing surface, which cannot be suspended, otherwise a large radial force will be generated at the two positions of the small hydraulic cylinder piston, the piston rod and the guide sleeve, causing deviation. Grinding and abnormal action failure, and pay attention to support and parallel to the axis of the piston rod.
