What is the working principle of CNC hydraulic press?
CNC hydraulic press is a mechanical device that converts fluid power into mechanical energy. It is mainly composed of hydraulic system, control system and actuator. The working principle of the CNC hydraulic press is to provide power through the hydraulic system to process and form the workpiece.
The hydraulic system is the power source for the CNC hydraulic press. It consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic valve, a hydraulic cylinder and a fuel tank. The hydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, increasing the liquid pressure and sending it to the hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valve controls the flow and pressure of the liquid under the action of the control signal. The hydraulic oil generates mechanical movement through the hydraulic cylinder and transfers mechanical energy to the workpiece to achieve processing and forming.
The control system is the core of the CNC hydraulic press. It consists of CNC devices, encoders and control valves. The CNC device receives the processing parameters input by the user and generates corresponding control signals through calculation. The encoder measures the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder and feeds the displacement signal back to the CNC device. By comparing the difference between the actual displacement and the set displacement, the CNC device automatically adjusts the control signal and controls the opening and closing of the hydraulic valve to achieve high-precision processing and forming of the workpiece.
The actuator is the device used by the CNC hydraulic press. It consists of a hydraulic cylinder, an oil cylinder and a workbench. The hydraulic cylinder is the most important actuator, which consists of a piston and a cylinder. When the hydraulic oil output from the hydraulic pump flows into the oil chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through the control of the hydraulic valve, the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves under the action of hydraulic force. The movement of the hydraulic cylinder is transmitted to the workbench through the cylinder, allowing the workpiece to be processed and formed.
The working process of CNC hydraulic press can be divided into three stages: pressure establishment, working stroke and pressure release. First, in the pressure building stage, the hydraulic pump provides pressure fluid, which is controlled by the hydraulic valve to flow to the hydraulic cylinder to establish working pressure. Secondly, during the working stroke stage, the hydraulic oil enters the oil cylinder of the CNC hydraulic machine workbench through the oil port of the hydraulic cylinder, pushing the workpiece to complete processing. Finally, in the pressure release stage, the hydraulic valve controls the flow of hydraulic oil to release the pressure and return the hydraulic cylinder to its original position to complete the entire working process.
CNC hydraulic presses have the advantages of stable operation, high accuracy, and high processing efficiency, and are widely used in mechanical processing and forming fields in various industries. Through the control of the CNC system, the processing and forming of various complex-shaped parts can be realized, improving production efficiency and product quality. The working principle and technology of CNC hydraulic presses are constantly developed and improved, bringing significant innovation and progress to industrial production.
