The hydraulic oil pump is the power source of the single-column hydraulic press. The hydraulic oil pump is the power component of the single-column hydraulic press. Its function is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid. The structural forms of hydraulic pumps generally include gear pumps, vane pumps and plunger pumps. There are three types of hydraulic oil pump connectors: straight-through type, self-sealing type, and quick connector.
The higher the pressure and the lower the speed of the hydraulic oil pump, the lower the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic oil pump. When the displacement of the variable pump is adjusted small, the volumetric efficiency decreases. When the speed is constant, the total efficiency of the hydraulic oil pump is the highest at a certain pressure; the total efficiency of the variable pump is the highest at a certain displacement and pressure. The overall efficiency of the hydraulic oil pump has a great influence on the efficiency of the hydraulic system. A pump with high efficiency should be selected, and the hydraulic oil pump should be made to work in a high-efficiency working condition area.
When maintaining the hydraulic oil pump of a single-column hydraulic machine, you should pay attention to several factors:
1. The oil pump uses No. 20 engine oil.
2. The oil storage capacity must be within the range above the oil window.
3. Every time you refuel or change the oil, you must filter it with an oil filter net of 80 mesh or above, and clean the fuel tank when changing. The oil change interval is six months.
4. The working oil temperature is 10 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius.
5. Before starting the electric pump, open the bleed nut and turn the switch to the unloading position.
6. If the motor temperature is too high during use, stop using it. Allow to cool before use.
7. The hydraulic oil pump has been adjusted before leaving the factory. It should not be adjusted at will. When it needs to be readjusted, it must be done with the help of a pressure gauge.
8. The high-pressure oil pipes leave the factory and pass the 105MPA test. However, since the hose ages easily, users need to check it frequently, usually for six months, and for three months if the vortex flowmeter is used frequently. During the inspection, the pressure is tested at 87.5MPA. If there is damage, bulges, or leakage, it cannot be used. .
9. Bearings are generally cleaned once every six months, and grease needs to be added during assembly.
