For four-column hydraulic presses or repaired four-column hydraulic presses and hydraulic equipment, after installing the hydraulic system, the pipelines and fuel tanks should be cleaned before debugging the machine. Especially for four-column hydraulic press equipment that has been working for a long time, if it is not thoroughly cleaned in time when changing the oil, On the one hand, the impurities and wear debris in the old oil will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the new oil, and on the other hand, it will cause problems such as stuck valves or clogged throttle orifices. Under normal circumstances, the cleaning of the hydraulic system should be carried out in two times. The first time is to clean the circuit, and the second time is to clean the entire hydraulic system.
The first cleaning of the hydraulic system is to disassemble and disassemble all the pipelines after pre-installation. The first cleaning should ensure that all metal rust, burrs, paint, welding flash and other contaminants are carefully cleaned. Otherwise, the first installation of the hydraulic system is prohibited.
Before cleaning, clean the fuel tank and wipe it with silk cloth, then inject two-thirds of the tank's capacity of hydraulic oil (#46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended for four-column hydraulic press equipment); then disconnect the inlet and outlet oil pipes of the actuator. And connect them, temporarily cut off the oil drain circuit of the relief valve and other valves at the front oil port of the valve, and install an 80-mesh-150-mesh filter on the main oil return pipe. In order to improve the cleaning effect, heat the cleaning oil to about 50°C, run the pump intermittently, and tap the oil pipe gently with a rubber hammer during the cleaning process. The cleaning time depends on the specific conditions such as the complexity of the system, the degree of contamination and the required filtration accuracy, but is generally one hour. After the first cleaning, all the oil in the system should be drained, the inside of the fuel tank should be cleaned, and wiped clean with silk cloth. For newly installed four-column hydraulic press equipment, the hydraulic pump should be stopped after the oil temperature drops to reduce moisture staying inside the hydraulic components and causing the components to rust.
The first cleaning of the hydraulic system is the internal cycle cleaning of the system after the first installation of the cleaning circuit.
The purpose of the first cleaning is to clean the remaining dirt after the first installation, such as sealing fragments, washing oil and anti-rust oil of different qualities, sand washed away from the inside of the casting, powder from metal grinding, etc., and then proceed. The installation constitutes a formal system. To ensure smooth formal adjustment and commissioning and normal operation.
Before cleaning, first connect the system according to the formal working circuit, then inject new hydraulic oil to the limit position, start the hydraulic pump to clean the system, and make the actuator operate continuously. Cleaning time is generally 2-4 hours. At the end of cleaning, the filter screen should be free of impurities. The oil after this cleaning can continue to be used.
After the equipment is cleaned, the site should be cleaned in time, the used maintenance equipment should be put away in time, and the various components of the hydraulic system should be carefully checked to see if they are loose or not installed properly.
