Three factors affecting the speed stability of single-column hydraulic press
1. In a single-column hydraulic press with a double-rod hydraulic cylinder, the speed will be unstable due to the unequal leakage of the two chambers and the different friction resistance of the reciprocating motion.
2. In the hydraulic system of single-column hydraulic machine, when the three-position four-way reversing valve is in the neutral position, the oil path to the hydraulic cylinder is blocked, and the two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder are connected to each other and return to the oil path. In this way, part of the oil flows back to the tank under the effect of potential energy. When the reversing valve changes direction, one chamber of the hydraulic cylinder passes pressure oil, and the other chamber moves forward due to the lack of back pressure, and the initial speed is not the same. Stablize.
3. The design of the oil pressure system of the single-column hydraulic machine is imperfect, the components are mismatched, the saving channel is sometimes blocked and sometimes unblocked, serious leakage inside and outside the system, excessive air enters the oil, changes in friction resistance, etc. will also cause the actuator to operate at low speed. The speed is unstable and even appears crawling.
