Check the machine tool to see whether the various parts are secure, whether there are obstacles in various parts of the machine's operation, and whether the oil in the machine's hydraulic oil tank is full. Before the machine is operated, be sure to wipe the exposed parts of the running guide rails and the cylinder piston and do not paint them. Apply new oil and follow the lubrication regulations at the same time. Always remember to remove overhead space and clutter from the space while working. After the machine has been running for 4 to 5 minutes, you must check whether the various operating parts, switches, and limit devices are flexible. Make sure that the hydraulic system pressure is normal and the working beam moves flexibly before starting work.
Things you should pay attention to during operation:
During operation, the pressed object should be placed in the middle of the machine working surface and concentric with the main shaft, lay the object flat, and tighten it firmly against each part.
During work, do not hold objects that are being pressed to avoid injuring your hands.
The indenter should approach the workpiece slowly to prevent the workpiece from exploding due to force and injuring the operator.
