The correct way to deal with the failure of four-column hydraulic press maintenance

1. The oil temperature is preferably controlled between 15 and 60 degrees Celsius, and the hydraulic oil must be strictly filtered before being allowed to be added to the tank. It must be replaced after three months.

2. The slider should be regularly filled with lubricating oil, the outer surface of the column should be kept clean at all times, and engine oil should be sprayed before each work.

3. When the nominal pressure is 500 tons, the maximum allowable eccentric load is 40mm. If the eccentricity is too large, other columns may be easily pulled or damaged.

4. Check the pressure gauge every six months. If the four-row hydraulic press is ready for long-term shutdown, the surface of each equipment should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
