Servo hydraulic press is used for carbon fiber composite material molding
Carbon fiber high-temperature compression molding is to place carbon fiber prepreg between upper and lower molds, heat and press the mold, and solidify the resin into carbon fiber products under certain conditions. There are generally two heating methods for carbon fiber high temperature compression molding, electromagnetic heating and high temperature oil temperature machine heating.
Electromagnetic heating for carbon fiber high-temperature compression molding: Electromagnetic heating is a new type of induction heating process that integrates an inductor in the mold, and the temperature can be controlled at 20°C-400°C. The surface of the mold is heated by an inductor inside the mold. Electromagnetic induction can quickly heat the mold, but it is not suitable for heating large molds and has certain limitations.
Another heating method for carbon fiber high-temperature compression molding is to use a high-temperature oil temperature machine to indirectly control the mold temperature through the heat transfer oil. The temperature can be controlled at 20℃-300℃. The oil temperature machine heats evenly and has high controllability. The oil temperature controller has a cooling function, which can prevent the mold temperature from being too high and causing the carbon fiber product to deform.
