Safety operation rules of four-column hydraulic press

 1. It is forbidden for personnel without work experience to control the hydraulic press, and new employees should be trained before starting work.

      2. Report the abnormality of machinery and molds in time, and produce after qualified repairs.

      3. Overcome paralysis and careless illegal operation, and prohibit more than two people from operating the hydraulic press at the same time. (Before starting, check whether each fastener is firm, whether there are no obstacles in each running part and sliding surface, and whether the limit device and safety protection device are perfect.)

      4. The power supply must be cut off for mechanical maintenance and maintenance, and sleepers must be placed.

      5. During the operation of the hydraulic press, it is strictly forbidden to enter the mold cavity to repair the mold, and strictly pay attention to safety when entering and leaving the product. Use the safety device to move the product to the side first, and then hold it by hand after confirming the safety.

      6. The installation mold must be standardized, and the pressure plate should be checked again after pressing. The closed height of the press should be controlled within the adjustable range, the pressure of the press should be adjusted from small to large, and the first piece must be activated.

 7. Tools, pressure plates, screws, nuts, and spacers should be handled with care, and placed on a shelf after use.

      8. Add lubricating oil according to the provisions of the lubrication chart, check the oil quantity, whether the oil circuit is smooth, and whether the oil quality is good. (It is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily adjust the regulating valve and pressure gauge, and the pressure gauge should be calibrated regularly. Keep the oil quality of the hydraulic oil, and the temperature of the working oil should not exceed 45 °C. If there is an abnormality, the machine will be shut down.)

      9. Check whether the fasteners of the hydraulic press are reliable, and whether the limit devices and safety protection devices are complete and reliable.

      10. The hydraulic press shall be tested in an empty stroke; check whether the buttons, switches, valves, limit devices, etc. are flexible and reliable; confirm that the pressure of the hydraulic system is normal and the movement of the working beam is flexible before it can work.
