Preparations before using Four Column hydraulic Press
1. Appearance inspection
Effective visual inspection can avoid the occurrence of many failures, so do a preliminary visual inspection before commissioning. When inspecting hydraulic machinery, pay attention to the following points:
a. Whether the installation of each hydraulic component and its pipeline connection are correct and reliable. For example, whether the oil inlet and return port of each valve are wrong, whether the inlet, outlet and rotation direction of the hydraulic pump are consistent with those marked on the pump, etc.
b. To prevent chips, coolant, abrasive particles, dust and other impurities from falling into the oil tank, whether the protective devices of each hydraulic component are in place, intact and reliable.
c. Whether the oil in the fuel tank and the oil level height meet the requirements.
d. Whether the position of each hydraulic component, pipe and pipe joint in the system is convenient for installation, adjustment, inspection and repair. Check whether the pressure gauge and other instruments used for observation are installed in a place convenient for observation.
If problems are found during the visual inspection, they should be corrected before use.
2. Come on, moisten things up
According to the design requirements, use the specified grade of pressed oil or grease. Lubricate the sliding part of the equipment, inject hydraulic oil into the hydraulic pump, and turn the hydraulic pump by hand according to the specified direction to fill the pump with hydraulic oil to avoid burns or seizures due to lack of lubricating oil when the hydraulic pump is started.
3. Be familiar with the situation and debug the machine in advance
Before use, the on-site equipment should be inspected according to the equipment instruction manual and relevant technical information, and the structure, performance, use process requirements and operating methods of the equipment to be debugged should be understood. Understand the connection between machinery, electricity, air pressure, etc. and the hydraulic system, carefully study the role of each component of the hydraulic system, understand the actual installation position of each component on the equipment, its structure, performance and adjustment position, and carefully analyze the circulating pressure of the hydraulic system changes, cycle speed changes, and power utilization of the system.
On the basis of grasping the above situation, determine the content and method of debugging, prepare debugging tools, instruments and test pipelines, and formulate safety technical measures to avoid personal safety and equipment accidents. If there is a problem with the physical structure of the equipment itself when debugging the machine, it should be replaced.
