Methods of reducing vibration and noise of hydraulic oil tank

1. To reduce and isolate the vibration, vibration damping pad and elastic coupling are mainly used for the motor of hydraulic pump, such as HL type elastic pin coupling, ZL type elastic pin coupling with brake wheel and sliding block coupling. Pay attention to the installation coaxiality of motor and pump; enough rigidity of oil tank cover plate, bottom plate and wall panel; cushion sound absorption material under the motor device of hydraulic pump; if the motor device of hydraulic pump and oil tank are separately set, the effect will be better. Practice has proved that the distance between the oil return pipe end and the box wall should not be less than 50 mm, otherwise the noise and vibration may be large. In addition, the vibration and noise can be isolated by sound absorption materials such as oil tank protection cover.

2. When the pump has cavitation, the noise level of the system increases significantly. The cavitation phenomenon and output pressure pulsation of the pump are obviously affected by the oil inlet resistance. In order to ensure the sealing of pump shaft and avoid cavitation on the oil inlet side, the normal control range of allowable pressure at pump suction port is 0.035MPa. In addition, the amount of air dissolved by the hydraulic oil of hydraulic press is directly proportional to the liquid pressure. Under atmospheric pressure, air saturated liquid will become supersaturated liquid under vacuum, and air will be precipitated, which will produce significant noise and vibration. Therefore, high level fuel tank should be used as much as possible if possible. This can not only form the filling pressure on the pump, but also make the air difficult to separate out from the oil. However, increasing the effective height of the oil surface will make it more difficult for the suspension bubble to overflow the oil surface. And the bubble with diameter less than 0.6 mm will not increase the pressure fluctuation, so do not increase it at will.

3. Keeping the oil temperature at a relatively stable low oil temperature will increase the air separation pressure in the oil and aggravate the noise of the system. Therefore, it is very important to keep the oil temperature of the oil tank in a stable low range (30 ~ 55 ℃).
