1. Because the oil temperature is too high, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil of the four-column hydraulic machine decreases, resulting in increased leakage, thereby reducing the volumetric efficiency and even affecting normal work movements.
2. If the oil temperature of the hydraulic transmission system of the four-column hydraulic machine is too high, the gear oil will become moldy, causing oxidation to form compounds, which will clog the small holes or gaps in the hydraulic transmission system components of the four-column hydraulic machine, causing the electronic components to not work properly.
3. Excessive oil temperature in the hydraulic transmission system may cause thermal bending of the four-column hydraulic press or machine equipment, damaging its original accuracy.
Reasons why the oil temperature of the hydraulic control system of the four-column hydraulic press is too high:
1. The heat pipe radiator in the hydraulic transmission system of the four-column hydraulic press is poor.
The design of the oil tank of the hydraulic transmission system was not large during the design and selection, resulting in too fast gear oil circulation or a closed cooling tower was selected due to high ambient temperature but the cooling tower effect was poor. These are all reasons for the poor performance of the heat pipe radiator.
2. The unloading control circuit of the hydraulic press system of the four-column hydraulic press is poor.
Generally, a pressure relief valve is installed at the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic system pump. When the hydraulic transmission system of the four-column hydraulic machine is not loaded with no working pressure oil, the hydraulic transmission system relieves pressure to reduce mechanical energy damage. If the position of the pressure relief valve is poor, the gear oil will still overflow from the speed control valve back to the oil tank of the hydraulic transmission system of the four-column hydraulic machine when no pressure oil is needed, which will cause the temperature to rise.
