How to maintain the four-column hydraulic press after it is manufactured?

1. The hydraulic transmission system is filled with gear oil of relatively poor quality, which causes the material to become thinner and the residue to float, resulting in heating.

2. Pay attention to the relative height and temperature of the oil volume and temperature at any time and at any time during work. Generally, the ambient temperature of hydraulic oil is more effective at 30-60°C. When abnormal temperature rise occurs, shut down the machine for inspection and add the hydraulic machine before use;

3. The gear oil of the four-column hydraulic press should always be cleaned. When replenishing the oil, it should be filtered and should not be mixed with other liquids. The gear oil of new equipment should be replaced after three months of operation and should be replaced every six months or one year. If the engine is operated continuously in areas with high humidity and dust, the oil change interval must be shortened.

4. The components for installation and disassembly of the four-column hydraulic press must be kept clean, and no impurities will enter the hydraulic valve block to pollute the environment. All parts must be carefully cleaned and cleaned, including the fuel tank, grease filling truck and pipelines to ensure cleanliness, corrosion resistance and zero pollution.

5. The hydraulic pressure should be adjusted to 25MPa within the actual required range based on the rated pressure. The pressure should not be very high to extend the service life of the centrifugal pump and valve, save resources, and reduce thermal system stress.

6. The temperature of the fuel tank should be between 55°C and 55°C during operation. If the temperature is high, the operation should be stopped and the operation should be continued after the temperature cools down to prevent damage to the pump and sealing. When the ambient temperature is less than 20°C, N32#46 hydraulic oil is used as the medium; when the indoor temperature is higher than 30°C, #N4646 hydraulic oil should be used as the medium. The oil temperature should be maintained within the range of 15 to 50°C.
