How to install and debug the mold of the four-column hydraulic press
The structure of the four-column hydraulic press is different from the horizontal structure. Compared with the horizontal type, the structure is simpler and the performance is more stable. It will also be different when installing the mold. In order to ensure that the mold accuracy reaches the standard after installation, we will introduce the four-column hydraulic press in detail. How to install and debug the mold.
1. Before installing the four-column hydraulic press mold, check whether the mold is deformed or damaged, check whether the mold is rusted, and clean the plane of the mold connecting plate;
2. Check whether the connection between the slider and the base of the hydraulic press and the mold is stable, whether it has been treated, and cleaned up to ensure that the mold connecting plate is tightly fitted with the slider and the base;
3. Use a forklift to lift the mold assembly to the work surface, adjust the mold position, make the screw holes on the work surface coincide with the turnbuckles on the mold connecting plate, and fix them with screws, but do not tighten them too tightly, it is convenient to adjust the mold use;
4. The slider goes down slowly, and after it overlaps with the die connecting plate, it is fixed with screws. If the turnbuckle does not overlap, the lower position can be adjusted accordingly;
5. If the vertical accuracy of the mold is ensured, the center of the mold and the center of the four-column hydraulic press should be overlapped as much as possible to ensure that the mold is uniformly stressed and prevent the mold from being crushed;
6. After the mold is installed, it is necessary to adjust the control mode to manual to adjust whether there is friction between the die punch and the die body. When it is working normally, it is necessary to fasten the fixing screws;
7. The surface of the new mold may be a little rough under the feeding test and pressure test, and the friction force may be relatively large during pressing, which will make noise. Don't worry, the noise will be eliminated by itself after a few more pressings.
