How many methods are there to increase the tonnage of single column hydraulic press?
1. Achieved by changing the working pressure of the single column hydraulic press system. This may require replacing all the hydraulic pipes, pumps, and valves in the single column hydraulic press system, and there is a problem. Usually the system pressure of domestic hydraulic press equipment is about 20-22Mpa. If the pressure of all components is to be increased to 40Mpa, Such high-voltage components are very expensive and therefore uneconomical.
2. Achieved by changing the bore diameter of the single column hydraulic press hydraulic cylinder. If the system pressure remains unchanged, switching to a cylinder with 1.5 times the bore diameter can increase the pressure to twice the original, but of course the speed will be only half of the original. If the speed is to remain unchanged, all hydraulic pipes, pumps, and valves must be replaced with ones with twice the flux, and the motor power must also be increased.
Finally, it should be noted that if the single column hydraulic press equipment is modified, its service life will be shortened and its safety factor will also be reduced. It is recommended not to modify the C-type hydraulic press. If the hydraulic press needs to be modified, it is recommended to replace it at the same time. Beams, plates and columns are used to increase the safety factor.
