Four Column hydraulic Press must prevent and control the hazards of excessive temperature rise and solutions
1) Thermal deformation of the machinery causes the moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficients in the hydraulic components to become stuck due to the smaller fitting clearance, causing movement failure, affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and resulting in poor working quality of the components.
2) The viscosity of the oil is reduced, leakage is increased, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the entire system will be significantly reduced. As the viscosity of the oil decreases, the oil film on moving parts such as slide valves becomes thinner and cut, and frictional resistance increases, leading to increased wear.
3) Deform the Four Column hydraulic Press rubber seal, accelerate aging and failure, reduce sealing performance and service life, and cause leakage.
4) Accelerate the oxidative deterioration of the oil and precipitate asphalt substances, reducing the service life of the hydraulic oil. The precipitates block the damping holes and slot valve ports, causing the pressure valve to become stuck and unable to operate, the metal pipeline to stretch and bend, or even rupture.
5) The air separation pressure of the Four Column hydraulic Press hydraulic oil is reduced, and the dissolved air in the oil escapes, causing air pockets, which reduces the working performance of the hydraulic system.
6) The oil deteriorates, produces oxide impurities, blocks small holes or gaps in hydraulic components, and affects normal operation;
It will deform the machine, destroy the original accuracy, cause the gap of the thermal expansion system in the hydraulic components to become smaller or even get stuck, making it impossible to move, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the workpiece;
7) The viscosity of the oil decreases, which increases the flow of oil through the throttling orifice or slot valve port, causing the originally adjusted working height and hydraulic follow-up system to change, affecting the stability of the work and reducing the accuracy of the work;
Preventive and control measures for excessive temperature of Four Column hydraulic Press:
1) According to different load requirements, frequently check and adjust the pressure of the Four Column hydraulic Press relief valve to make it just right.
2) Reasonably select the hydraulic oil, especially the oil viscosity. If conditions permit, try to use a lower viscosity to reduce viscosity friction loss.
3) Improve the lubrication conditions of the Four Column hydraulic Press moving parts to reduce friction loss, which is beneficial to reducing work load and heat generation.
4) Improve the assembly quality and accuracy of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems, strictly control the fitting clearance of mating parts and improve lubrication conditions. Use sealing materials with small friction coefficients and improved sealing structures to reduce the starting force of the hydraulic cylinder as much as possible to reduce the heat generated by mechanical friction loss.
