Check whether the rubber parts of the motor and pump coupling of the hydraulic press are damaged or missing. The rubber parts of the coupling should be replaced or replaced.

Check the installation concentricity of hydraulic pump and motor. The installation concentricity of pump and motor should be regulated.

Check the key or spline of the coupling. Wear can cause radial runout of rotating parts.

Check the end seal of the pump body and the end covers on both sides. If the flatness of the contact surface can not meet the specified requirements, the pump is easy to inhale air when working. The single arm hydraulic press can grind back and forth on the flat plate according to the 8-shaped route with grinding paste.

Check the mating contact between the end cover hole of single arm hydraulic press pump and the outer diameter of gland. If it is not well matched, air is easy to invade from this contact.

Check the damaged or worn parts in the pump of single arm hydraulic press. The damaged or worn parts in the pump will produce vibration and noise. For example, the tooth profile error or pitch error is large, the two gears are in poor contact, the tooth surface roughness is high, the length of common normal line is out of tolerance, the tooth side is too small, and the contact area of two exposed gears is not on the indexing circle.
