Causes of expansion of cylinder wall of four-column hydraulic press
1. Abnormal high pressure occurs during the operation of the four-column hydraulic press, and the inertial force of the piston with heavy load or fast speed is large. When the instantaneous time suddenly stops, the pressure value in the working chamber immediately increases, even exceeding the high working pressure several times, causing the cylinder diameter to expand.
2. The hydraulic cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press is often overloaded. Sudden stop and then restart will cause the instantaneous oil pressure to exceed 2 times and easily cause the cylinder bore to expand.
3. The buffer device of the four-column hydraulic press does not work at all and is in a fully open state, so that the running piston cannot decelerate. If it suddenly hits the cylinder head, it may rebound, causing an instant overpressure in the working chamber.
4. The cylinder material is poor or the cylinder structure design is unreasonable. If low-strength steel is used incorrectly for the cylinder, the stability coefficient will be reduced. If the cylinder is used for a long time, the diameter of the cylinder will inevitably expand.
