Overview of hydraulic control valve

The hydraulic control valve can adjust and control the start, stop, movement direction, speed and output force or torque of the actuator in the hydraulic system. Its working principle is: by receiving the external signal, the relative movement between the valve core and the valve body changes the valve port area, so as to realize the regulation and control of the fluid. According to the function, it can be divided into three types: pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve. In addition, it can be classified according to control mode, control signal, connection form and structure form. This paper mainly introduces the connection form.
