Three-beam And Four-column Hydraulic Press General Precautions
To install and debug a new hydraulic press equipment, the general precautions are as follows:
①Before the installation of the 100-ton four-column hydraulic press, it is necessary to prepare applicable general tools and special tools. It is strictly forbidden to use a screwdriver instead of a wrench, arbitrary beating, etc.
②Before installation and assembly, the hydraulic parts and auxiliary parts installed in the main engine must be strictly washed to remove the rust inhibitor and all dirt that are harmful to the working fluid, and all the plugs and plastic plugs of the hydraulic parts and the oil ports of the pipeline. Pipe plugs, etc. are gradually removed with the progress of the project, rather than being removed first. Prevent dirt from entering the interior of the component from the oil port.
③The hydraulic press device and the working mechanism can be connected together to complete the predetermined action, so pay attention to the quality of the connection and assembly between the two (such as concentricity, relative position, stress condition, fixing method and sealing quality, etc.)
④ Filter the working fluid specified by the hydraulic press to the required cleanliness level before injecting it into the system.
⑤The fuel tank cover, nozzle and air filter must be fully sealed to ensure that the unfiltered air does not enter the hydraulic system.
⑥ On or near the fuel tank, an inscription indicating the type of oil and system capacity should be provided.
⑦The outer part of the component in contact with the working fluid (such as the piston rod) should be protected* to prevent the entry of dirt.
⑧ It must be ensured that the inner and outer surfaces of the 100-ton four-column hydraulic oil tank, the spare mating surface of the main engine and other visible components are clean.
