(1) Observe the cylinder port and find oil leakage and bleeding

(2) Adjust the pressure and check the valve port v. the pointer of the pressure gauge swings badly

1. There is air in the oil circuit of the pressure gauge

2. Mechanical vibration of pipeline

3. The pressure gauge is damaged

(1) Slightly loosen the pipe joint and bleed when pressing up

(2) Clamp the pipeline firmly

(3) Replace the pressure gauge VI. the high-pressure stroke speed is not enough, and the pressure is slow

1. The flow of high-pressure pump is too small

2. Worn or burned pump

3. Serious internal leakage in the system

(1) Adjust according to the instructions of the pump, and the pump eccentricity can be adjusted to 5 grids at 25MPa

(2) If the oil return port of the pump leaks heavily, it should be removed for inspection. VII. The pressure drop is too fast during pressure maintaining. 1. The valves involved in pressure maintaining are not tight or the pipeline leaks oil

The sealing ring in cylinder 2 is damaged

(1) Check the sealing and lapping of the filling valve and the pressure maintaining and relief valve

(2) Replace the sealing ring
