Four Column hydraulic Press speed regulating valve often fails

- 11/15/2023 -

1. The leakage in the Four Column hydraulic Press increases
When the throttle port of the pressure reducing throttle type speed regulating valve is closed, it relies on gap sealing, so a certain amount of leakage is inevitable, so it cannot be used as a stop valve. When the sealing surface (pressure reducing valve core, throttle valve core and one-way valve core sealing surface, etc.) is worn too much, it will cause an increase in internal leakage, making the flow unstable, especially affecting the minimum stable flow.
2. The flow adjustment of Four Column hydraulic Press is prone to failure.
Reason: The valve core is radially stuck and the throttling adjustment part fails.
Opinions on the treatment method: When the Four Column hydraulic Press pressure reducing valve core or throttle valve core is in the fully closed position, radial jamming will cause no flow in the oil outlet chamber. When it is in the fully open position (or the throttle port is adjusted), the radial blockage will occur. If it is stuck in the direction, the flow rate in the oil outlet chamber of the throttle adjustment part will not change. In addition, when the throttling adjustment part fails, the adjusting screw will not be able to move axially, and the flow rate in the oil outlet chamber will not change. When the valve core is stuck or the throttling adjustment part fails, it should be cleaned and repaired.
3. Four Column hydraulic Press is prone to unstable flow
Cause: The locking device is loose, the throttle port is partially blocked, the oil temperature rises, the minimum pressure difference between the inlet and outlet chambers is too low, and the inlet and outlet chambers are connected reversely
Comments on the treatment method: When the oil flow passes through the QF type speed control valve in the reverse direction, the pressure reducing valve has no pressure compensation effect on the throttle valve, causing the speed control valve to become a throttle valve. Therefore, when the oil pressure in the inlet and outlet chambers changes, the flow rate flowing through will change, causing flow instability. Therefore, when using, pay attention to the position of the oil inlet and outlet to avoid reverse connection.
