Maintenance of hydraulic system of hydraulic press
1. Storage of hydraulic oil in hydraulic machines. Hydraulic oil should be stored in special oil barrels, sealed and stored in a room with a constant temperature. This prevents the air from condensing into water vapor due to cold weather and affecting the oil quality. This prevents the iron barrel from rusting and falling off and mixing into the hydraulic oil, which affects the normal use of the machine.
2. Frequently inspect and maintain the hydraulic system, and replace the hydraulic oil for the hydraulic machine (in principle, replace the hydraulic oil every 2,000 working hours). Of course, it is best to replace the hydraulic oil specifically for winter use. In addition, it is necessary to do a good job in antifreezing the oil tank of the hydraulic machine. The second step is to lubricate all parts of the hydraulic press. Lubricating oil must be added regularly, especially the guide rail contact surface of the machine.
3. For the hydraulic pump station system of the hydraulic press used in winter, carry out step-by-step thermal insulation and cover protection.
4. Before working, the hydraulic press should be preheated for more than 30 minutes, and the machine should be run without load for several times before processing.
5. Pay great attention to the storage and transfer of working oil. Oil drums should be specially marked and covered. In winter, be careful not to let the air condense into moisture and mix into the oil, and do not let rusty pieces of the barrel skin fall into the barrel. Many preventive measures taken for engines and other mechanical systems in winter, such as covering up to prevent freezing, heating and insulation, and switching to low-viscosity working oil, are all applicable to hydraulic systems.
