Why is it said that the filter of single column hydraulic press is guaranteed to last a long time?
1. Single column hydraulic press filter suction line.
It is mainly used to protect the hydraulic pump from inhaling larger particles of pollutants, and also to protect all hydraulic components of the system. If the resistance of the oil suction pipeline increases, the oil suction system of the hydraulic pump station will be damaged.
2. Pressure oil pipeline.
It is used to protect all components in the hydraulic system except the hydraulic pump and relief valve. Precision filters with a filtration accuracy of 10~15μm are generally used. Since the filter works under high pressure, it should be able to withstand the pressure and hydraulic impact on the oil line. Its filtration resistance should be less than 0.35MPa, and its filtration capacity should not be less than the maximum flow rate of the pressure oil pipeline.
3. Oil return pipeline.
Installed before the system oil flows back to the tank, the filter will filter out the pollutants that invade the system and the system, and provide clean oil for the hydraulic pump.
4. Branch pipelines.
When the flow rate of the hydraulic pump is large, a small size filter can be installed on the branch line with only 20% to 30% of the pump flow rate to filter part of the oil. Because it is installed downstream of the throttle valve, it will not cause a pressure drop in the main oil line and does not have to withstand the working pressure of the system.
