Molding process
Lay the SMC sheet material evenly on the lower mold, seal the upper and lower molds tightly, and then carry out delayed pressure holding. Mold heating can be precisely controlled by a mold temperature machine, and the prepreg is cured after a period of high temperature and high pressure on a special SMC molding hydraulic press, and the SMC product is removed from the mold, and the product is completed after trimming the flash. This molding process has the advantages of high strength, high precision, light weight, less impact on the environment, and is conducive to mass production, and is suitable for mass production of standardized parts.
